Projects + Consulting.
This isn’t about ideas in isolation. It’s about shaping projects that can be delivered and sustained over time.
Every project is different, but typically sits between strategy, design, and delivery. Some organisations come with a clear goal – pursuing Dark Sky designation or developing a new tourism offer. Others are earlier in the process, exploring what’s possible.
I work with councils, destinations, and organisations to develop night-time tourism and dark sky projects that are practical, distinctive, and grounded in place. My role is to bring structure to that process: clarifying direction, identifying opportunities, and turning concepts into something real.
Work includes developing dark sky initiatives, designing night-time tourism experiences, and helping organisations respond to light at night. This might involve shaping a destination strategy, designing visitor programs, or working through how a place can use darkness to support both tourism and environment.
Projects are delivered on a consulting basis, with a clear scope and defined outcomes – from short, focused work through to longer-term project development – with the aim of moving beyond ideas into implementation.

If you’re exploring a night-time tourism opportunity or dark sky project, the best place to start is a conversation. From there, we can define scope, priorities, and the most useful way forward.
